We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:

4. Client Responsibilities
To help us achieve the best possible results, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the project.

  • Make decisions regarding possessions and belongings.

  • Ensure reasonable access to the working area.

  • Notify us of any health and safety concerns within the property.

Final decisions regarding what items are kept, donated, relocated or discarded remain entirely the client's responsibility.

5. Disposal of Items

  • SORTD may, at its sole discretion, remove a limited number of unwanted items for donation, recycling or disposal at the end of a session. This service is not guaranteed and is subject to available space within the organiser's vehicle.

  • Due to vehicle capacity and operational constraints, SORTD cannot undertake the removal of large quantities of items, furniture, bulky waste or hazardous materials.

  • Clients remain responsible for arranging the sale of items, gifting items to family or friends, and organising the collection or disposal of any belongings not removed by SORTD.

  • Any items removed by SORTD for donation or disposal will be selected at our discretion and only with the client's agreement.

  • Where we assist with donation or disposal arrangements, responsibility for the items transfers once they have been handed over to the chosen organisation or service.

6. Confidentiality
We understand that organising projects often involve personal information and belongings.
All client information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless:

  • Required by law.

  • Necessary to provide the agreed service.

  • Permission has been granted by the client.

7. Photography & Testimonials
Before and after photographs may be requested to demonstrate project results.
No images identifying a client, family members, business information or personal details will be used without prior written consent.
Client testimonials where the client can be identified will only be published with permission.
