Support & Signposting

There are times when clutter, belongings, a home or a life admin situation can be connected to something much bigger - grief, mental health, hoarding, addiction, family circumstances or a difficult period of life.

SORTD is here to provide practical organising support, however we're not a counselling, medical or specialist support service. If something falls outside what we can safely support with, we've put together some organisations and resources that may be a helpful place to start.

If you're dealing with something that feels bigger than organising, please don't feel that you need to tackle it alone. Speaking to the right specialist organisation can be a really helpful first step.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, please contact the emergency services or seek urgent medical help.

Whilst every effort has been taking to ensure the above information is correct, these organisations are independent of SORTD. We recommend checking their current websites for the most up-to-date information, opening hours and eligibility before contacting them.
